Job summary

Dollar Tree in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain stock and store cleanliness.

The role supports safe, efficient store operations, requires good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or guest-service experience is preferred, and training will be provided to follow procedures and protect assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
