Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, can lift up to 50 lbs, and can follow instructions. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
