Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Clearfield, Utah. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

A strong focus on friendly service and safeguarding assets is essential. This on-site role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods, with opportunities to grow with a supportive retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
