Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking a part-time store associate in Mount Vernon, WA. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions at the register, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will help stock shelves, unload trucks, and ensure safety and friendly service for all customers and team members. This position offers responsibilities that support daily store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
