Job summary

Family Dollar in Caliente, NV is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, ring up sales, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. You will help unload deliveries, protect assets, and maintain a positive shopping environment with friendly interactions.

The role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Previous retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
