Job summary

Dollar Tree in Buhl, Idaho is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help stock and merchandise to keep the store inviting and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You will lift up to 50 lbs as part of unloading, stocking, and maintenance tasks while ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
