Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Booneville, Mississippi is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
