Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales transactions at the cash register, and help maintain store security and assets.

The role includes stocking, unloading trucks, and ensuring a clean, safe, and presentable store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; part-time position with varied duties and local compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
