Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Blakely, GA store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe. This role emphasizes friendly interactions and reliable service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
