Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ben Wheeler, TX, providing a positive shopping experience for customers. You will assist with questions, process transactions, restock merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness while upholding safety and respectful interactions with customers and staff.

Day-to-day duties include unloading trucks, stocking, and supporting leadership in maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
