Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Aston, PA to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment. Part-time role with duties as assigned in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
