Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Allen, Texas store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will engage with customers, assist with questions and recommendations, and contribute to a friendly store environment.

You’ll help with transactions at the register, stock replenishment, unloading trucks, and maintaining clean, safe areas. This role emphasizes teamwork, respectful interactions, and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned
