Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a distinctive and delightful shopping and service experience. You will register sales on a POS, greet customers, and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.

You will engage customers, recommend items, manage stock, and ensure clean, well-merchandised displays while complying with store policies and regulatory requirements. Photography services and web pick-up duties are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items.
• Maintains clean and well merchandised counters and shelves; performs stock checks and price updates.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).
• Provides customer service in photo area, including digital passport photo service and poster print.
• Assists with web pick-up duties and order fulfillment.
