Qualifications

• Must be friendly and outgoing and promote customer service for the entire team.
• Experience working on a front end.
• Knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette.
• Motivated to grow their career and continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with our customers.
• Ring up customer purchases accurately, efficiently, and promptly.
• Problem solve customer questions and/or concerns.
• Sell Money Orders, Money Grams and Lottery tickets.
• Assist Head Customer Service Manager with timely breaks, and employee start and leave times.
• Help maintain a clean and safe store.
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department.
• Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.
