Job summary

Hop Shops, a division of Valor Oil, seeks a Customer Service Associate (Cashier) in Maineville, OH. This role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $15.00 hourly with multiple shifts available.

Start date is immediate. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling transactions accurately, and restocking shelves while maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a public-facing role.
• Familiarity with operating registers, computers, phones, tablets, and loyalty systems.
• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.

Pay: $15.00 hourly

Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Location: Maineville, OH

Start date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Operating the cash register.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.
• Familiarity with operating registers, computers, phones, tablets, and loyalty systems.
• Must be 20 years old in Kentucky (due to alcohol/tobacco sales) and 18 years old in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a public-facing role.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to stock and clean the store, both inside and outside.
