About the Customer Service Associate :Our Customer Service Associate role focuses primarily on interacting with and acquiring customers on a daily basis. Customer Service Associates engage our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to our customers. Our Customer Service Associate uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers’ choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Prior sales experience is not required, we provide job skills training. We are looking for personable candidates who are looking to utilize their interpersonal skills.

Customer Service Associate Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide optimal customer experience service
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Process transactions at point of sale
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
• Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures
