WHSmith North America in Salt Lake City Airport is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver courteous, timely service and drive store sales. The role includes weekend availability and working within a team to maintain displays, handle inventory, and assist customers.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced travel retail environment. Benefits are provided for full-time employees.

Formación

• 1 year+ retail sales and/or cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Satisfactory background check may be required depending upon location.

Responsabilidades

• Handles each customer in a courteous and gracious manner.
• Maximize sales by add-on sales and recommendations.
• Knowledge of the store’s stock; stock varies by store location.
• Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising.
• Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise.
• Replenish backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor.
• Markdown merchandise as needed.
• Keyholder duties including training to close the store.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Customer Service Associate will provide excellent service to customers in a timely, courteous, and friendly fashion.

Location: Salt Lake City Intl Airport - Salt Lake City, UT 84122

Schedule: Weekend availability required

Pay: $17.00

Job Responsibilities

• Handles each customer in a courteous and gracious manner
• Maximize sales by achieving add-on sales and recommendations
• Knowledge of the store’s stock; stock varies by store location
• Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising.
• Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise
• Replenish backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor
• Markdown merchandise as needed.
• CSA’s may be designated as a Keyholder- Keyholders are assigned the responsibility of having keys to store. They will be trained to close the store – they may not open the store
• Other duties may be assigned
• 1 year + retail sales and/or cash handling experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• TAM Card may be required depending upon location
• Additional Security clearance may be required depending upon location
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location
