Job summary

Claire's in Pocatello, ID is seeking a Customer Service team member to support store operations, drive sales and deliver friendly, helpful service to every customer.

You will assist with product knowledge, processing deliveries, merchandising, stock takes and promotions, while helping customers with inquiries.

No formal experience required beyond some high school; training is provided, and the role offers growth opportunities at a leading high-street fashion retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understands the importance of Customer Service.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers.
