Wawa, Inc. is hiring at multiple Florida locations to greet customers, prepare fresh foods, and manage checkout and fueling tasks. This role supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You’ll help keep our stores stocked, clean, and safe while delivering friendly service. Ideal candidates are 16+ with reliable transportation, enjoy teamwork, and can multitask during busy hours. A $1.50 night shift differential applies for hours 12am–6am.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked with fresh, inviting shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and procedures.
• Complete housekeeping duties: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.


• Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized.


• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.


• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.


• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.


• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

• The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
