Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Minneapolis is hiring Customer Service Associates for multiple shifts. You will take orders at the drive-thru, assemble and deliver food, clean dining areas, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Entry-level role with paid training provided.
• Ability to deliver quick, friendly service and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop as part of daily tasks.
• Ascend or descend stairs and reach/ grasp objects (including above head).
• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant.
• Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As the name suggests, your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, etc.We are looking to hire Customer Service Associates who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced environment. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier or any other restaurant or service-oriented role - we have a position for you. Even if you don’t have previous Restaurant experience, this position is entry-level (yes, that's no experience required) and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team.
