Job summary

Bubble Down Car Wash in Clearwater, FL is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, process payments at the paystation, and upsell wash packages or memberships. This role includes commission opportunities and paid training to develop guest-engagement and sales skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression.
• Engage customers at the paystation and recommend wash packages or memberships.
• Contribute to personal and team performance goals tied to commission opportunities.
• Stay informed on promotions, wash options, and membership benefits.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and appearance.
• Perform routine site tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning equipment, and general upkeep.
• Assist with light maintenance and report equipment issues.
