Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Camden, AR to help create a welcoming shopping experience. You will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, and store cleanliness while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions at the register, protecting cash, and supporting leadership. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.
