Job summary

Reasors Food Stores in Alpena, MI is hiring a Customer Service Associate. You’ll be the friendly face helping customers with purchases, questions, and a welcoming store experience.

You’ll work overnight shifts, handle front-end cash register duties, restock, keep the store clean, and support deliveries and displays while maintaining safety and courtesy for all customers. You’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping environment.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, occasional ladder use, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work is performed primarily indoors but may include outdoor tasks and occasional work in coolers and freezers.
