Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers with warmth and efficiency, reflecting our commitment to putting people first.

As a CSA, you will prepare food items, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store while delivering a friendly, efficient experience that makes every visit special.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Compensation and Shift Differential

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
