Job summary

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is seeking reliable, outgoing staff for game-day and event shifts at area venues including NC A&T and university events. This is a part-time, event-based role with flexible scheduling.

Staff will work in premium spaces, ensure proper tickets, assist guests, and uphold safety and guest experience standards. Training is provided and opportunities may include traveling work for football games, concerts, and NASCAR events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time (outside, possibly in the elements).
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• FOR SECURITY POSITIONS: Have a current unarmed security license or be willing to go through the process to receive one.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that patrons have proper tickets or credentials for access to premium spaces.
• Effectively and efficiently handle patrons' concerns as they arise.
• Enhance guests' game day experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures within premium space(s).

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is looking for reliable and outgoing individuals to join our team! We provide event staffing personnel to local venues and we're looking for people to assist us in multiple event staffing positions. We service universities in the area and are currently looking for staff to assist with NC A&T Traveling work opportunities may be available for other football games, regional concerts, and NASCAR events.

These positions are PART-TIME and event-based, so you work what fits your schedule! Whether you're looking for work experience in the sports industry or extra income, Rhino allows you to sign up online for any available shifts that fit your availability. These are fast-paced, fun events that will keep you on your toes!

Expectations

• Available to work ALL home football games in addition to training sessions
• 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills
• Offer the highest level of customer service for all patrons in all areas
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to efficiently problem solve
