Job summary

White House Custom Colour, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service and Photographer Support Specialist to be the initial contact for WHCC clients. You will assist professional photographers by phone, email, and live chat, blending customer service with hands-on photography, design, and photo editing knowledge.

This seasonal, on-site role supports order troubleshooting, file prep in Photoshop, and maximizing WHCC product use, with potential for full-time after the season.

Qualifications

• Background in photography or the photographic industry.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service experience.
• Confident handling both inbound and outbound client calls, without relying on a script.
• Strong written communication skills for client email correspondence.
• Proficient in Photoshop and general computer skills; familiarity with Lightroom, Affinity, or Canva a plus.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for WHCC clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Support photographers with orders, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Prep client files in Photoshop and leverage photography knowledge to assist.
• Represent WHCC with a partner-first approach in every interaction.

The Customer Service and Photographer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for WHCC clients, supporting professional photographers over phone, email, and live chat without a script. This role blends customer service with hands‑on photography, design, and photo editing knowledge, helping clients troubleshoot orders, prep files in Photoshop, and get the most out of our products, all while representing a partner‑first approach to every interaction.

WHCC is a professional photo and press printing lab offering a high‑energy, positive work environment. As a production‑focused company, we have multiple facilities and hundreds of expert employees who handcraft and assemble our products here in the US. From aspiring photographers to consumer brands, all of our clients require exceptional quality and design.
