Piedmont Airlines in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department. The role includes assisting passengers, operating Jetway, and coordinating with teams to ensure on-time boarding and safe aircraft handling.

• Perform cabin maintenance tasks

To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department. The primary responsibility of the position is assisting passengers in boarding/disembarking flights, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and guiding/parking aircraft. The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete the Customer Service Agent training course, be able to lift seventy (70) pounds, and work outside in all weather conditions. This position will report to the General Manager.

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
• Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly
• Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs

Starting Rate:

$15.00/Hourly
