Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Michigan is hiring a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, sell memberships, and ensure a clean, shiny car experience. This role focuses on friendly service and active engagement with guests at our Grand Rapids locations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced outdoor setting, interact with customers, and contribute to daily team goals while upholding Mister Car Wash standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn product memberships and programs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly assistance.
• Sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships and Mister products.
• Assist customers and resolve questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and well-maintained.
