Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Account Associate to handle inbound calls from a specific customer base and own relationships with proactive problem solving. You will receive hands-on training and a clear growth path with performance milestones.

You’ll start at $20/hour with opportunities to reach $30/hour in the first year, plus incentives and training milestones. This is an on-site role with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• ONSITE Position
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Basic proficiency with email, chat systems, online forms, and cloud‑based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly Base Pay: $20.00, plus opportunity to earn up to a total of $750 while completing training milestones.

When starting with T-Mobile, Account Associates receive on‑the‑job training and can earn up to a total of $750. Once completed, Account Associates promote to the Account Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $4,400/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
