Hy-Vee, Inc. in Marion, IA, is seeking a Customer Service team member to greet customers, handle a variety of in-store services, and help with transactions across departments. You will be part of a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on accurate, friendly service.

Night and weekend shifts are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected, and prior experience is preferred. Employment is contingent on a pre-employment drug screen and successful background checks.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Weigh postal packages, run mail through meters, and process various mail options.
• Process Western Union orders and send faxes for customers.
• Sell money orders and checks; cash payroll, personal, ADC, and social security checks.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses and assist with related transactions.
• Assist customers at registers and in other areas as needed and maintain store cleanliness.
