Job summary

KFC is seeking a Team Member to deliver the signature KFC guest experience. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and prepare high-quality food while maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

Cross-trained for Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Cook roles, you will follow uniform standards and safety guidelines, assist guests, and work with the team to meet shift targets with a positive attitude.

The Team Member plays a vital role in delivering the KFC brand experience by providing excellent guest service, preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment, and strict adherence to uniform standards and company policies (including but not limited to no cellphone use during work hours, professional appearance, and proper uniform compliance).
