Job summary

ABM is seeking a Customer Satisfaction & Basic Maintenance Technician to help keep a large automotive manufacturing plant safe, functional, and well‑maintained. You will perform light maintenance, repairs, and preventive service to ensure equipment and work areas operate smoothly. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (USD).

Job description

The Customer Satisfaction & Basic Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This position supports daily operations at a large automotive manufacturing plant, performing light maintenance, repairs, and preventive service to keep equipment and work areas in top condition.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 2:00PM - 10:30PM CST
