SiteOne Landscape Supply in Colorado Springs seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Responsibilities include assisting customers, pulling orders, and driving sales while maintaining inventory and a safe store environment.

The role emphasizes learning new technologies, working with branch leadership, and delivering strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual Proficiency - candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
