SiteOne Landscape Supply in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will assist with inquiries, process orders, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and help manage stock while ensuring safety and accuracy.

This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, adopting new technologies, and contributing to store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills- Customer Obsessed!
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
