Summit Vision Marketing, Inc is seeking an entry-level Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Temple, TX. You will gain customer service skills, learn sales techniques, and work in a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

This role offers weekly base pay, unlimited commissions, and performance bonuses, with no door-to-door selling. You will interact with customers at Big Box Retail locations, build relationships, track sales, and participate in our comprehensive training

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Provide solutions for every customer in order to boost customer service, retention, and customer acquisition
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Track sales and status reports
• This position involves one to one sales-based interaction with customers in our Big Box Retail partnership locations

Requirements:

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Great customer service experience along with ability to build customer rapport and relationships
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in hitting goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Experience in customer service, sales, promotional marketing, restaurant, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required
• This position is Full TIME and requires 30-40 hours per week
