This Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position embodies that ambition, as you will own and be responsible for meat, cheese, and beverages category selling execution of $120MM+ net revenue with Albertson’s as a vital member of the Customer Business Team (CBT). The CSM serves as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and the Albertson’s merchandising team, leading all selling activities and driving efforts to improve gross margin and market share. The CSM aims to deliver revenue and share objectives, pursue growth strategies, provide category management expertise, and ensure that cross-functional sales value is delivered through the implementation of the sales plan and shelving objectives.
Due to customer connectivity, we highly prefer this position to be located in Texas.
Participate in regular store checks of Albertson’s and competitive stores to monitor execution and understand the competitive landscape.

Salary Range: $102,100 - $127,600
Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility.
