About Elevation Global

Elevation Global helps brands grow through sales and customer acquisition. Our current campaigns take place at retail events, where our team speaks with customers, explains client services, and brings in new business.

The Position

We're looking for Customer Sales Associates to join our Phoenix team. You'll learn the services you represent, start conversations with customers, answer questions, and help interested customers complete their enrollment.

Previous sales experience isn't required. We're looking for people who are willing to approach customers, learn from feedback, and work toward sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Speak with customers at assigned retail events.
• Ask questions to understand their needs.
• Explain services, pricing, and offer details accurately.
• Help eligible customers complete the enrollment process.
• Follow company, client, and retailer procedures.
• Take part in daily training and coaching.
• Track your progress and work toward individual and team goals.

Schedule and Pay

• Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM–6:45 PM.
• Optional weekend opportunities.
• W-2 employment, paid weekly.
• $700 weekly salary or commissions, whichever is higher, subject to the sales requirements in the compensation plan. The plan and requirements are reviewed during the hiring process.

Work Environment

This position involves customer engagement at retail events, including extended periods of standing and walking. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
