Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Spanish language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and time estimates.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer recommendations and promote training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
