Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor for on-site work at our Auto Service centers. You will engage guests, understand their needs, and drive tire and service sales while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll contribute to sales goals, learn product warranties, and work within a team to enhance guest satisfaction. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Handle guest interactions from check-in to check-out, including scheduling and estimating time required.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote self-development using company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels as required.
