Job summary

Budget Rent a Car in Lincoln, NE seeks a motivated Full-Time Rental Agent to join our team. You will assist clients by finalizing reservations, closing sales, and delivering outstanding service.

This hands-on role covers car cleaning, inspections, inventory, callbacks, and other duties to support reservations. Weekend availability is required; hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Budget is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Rental Agent to join our Lincoln team.

This role is a great fit for someone with a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or operations who enjoys working with customers while also taking ownership of important day-to-day responsibilities.

As a Rental Agent, you'll assist clients by finalizing reservations, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also support the daily operation by helping with car cleaning, vehicle inspections, inventory, callbacks, and other duties needed to support the reservation process.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable staying busy, working independently, supporting the team, and taking on responsibilities that help keep the operation running smoothly.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend availability is a must
