Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options.
  • Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success daily.
Compensation
