Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Customer Relations Associate to welcome shoppers, answer questions, and help with purchases.

You will process returns, exchanges, and refunds; support hunting and fishing licenses where applicable; promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickups; and keep the sales floor neat and well stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS checkout system.
