Job summary

Giga Energy in Houston is seeking a Customer Project Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will communicate directly with high-value customers from PO receipt to delivery, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth experience.

In a cross-functional setting, you will coordinate with engineering, accounting, production, logistics, and customer service to schedule and track orders, monitor inventory, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Shipwell) and order processing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

The Customer Project Manager oversees and coordinates the end-to-end order fulfillment process in a manufacturing environment. This role actively communicates directly with high value customers, from receipt of PO to delivery, you will be managing their expectations, collecting and sharing information to ensure a smooth experience.

In a heavily cross-functional context, this role accurately and efficiently coordinates internally with engineering, accounting, production, logistics, and customer service teams.

Where you'll work

This role will be based in our Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
