Job summary

Lucid Software is seeking a part-time Fall 2026 Customer Operations Intern in Salt Lake City, UT. The role supports handling customer inquiries, learning billing processes, and contributing to help content while working in a hybrid setup with in-person days at the South Jordan, UT office.

You will gain experience in technical issue troubleshooting, cross-functional teamwork, and data-informed product improvements, all while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with strong academics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple content.
• Able to work independently and across teams on multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems and escalating user issues.
• Develop technical product knowledge and collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams.
• Monitor key user metrics and suggest improvements to product and support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and other cross-functional peers on issues and bugs.
• Help write clear Help Center and user education content.
• Engage with Lucid Community users.
• Handle cancellation and refunds requests via email.
• Resolve billing concerns including downgrades, duplicate charges, and invoice changes.
• Stay updated on product offerings and account types to adjust billing processes.
• Communicate with customers clearly and promptly.
