Job summary

GUESS Factory in Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will handle store operations, keep the area tidy, and assist customers with product information and fittings.

You will greet customers, maintain standards, support gift card sales, and participate in inventory and meetings as needed; a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entry with a friendly greeting and assist with product information.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Assist customers at the fitting rooms and at the cash wrap, including upselling and collecting customer information.
• Meet or exceed Sales per Hour (SPH) targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in meetings, inventory, and other duties as needed.
