Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a friendly cashier to provide excellent customer service at the point of sale in our retail environment. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, and help with merchandising and clean-up tasks to maintain a polished store floor.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Eligible discounts and employee programs are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computer systems and POS registers.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service standards, greet and acknowledge every customer, and address concerns at POS.
• Reinforce a rewarding customer experience.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining cash accountability at registers.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning, and restocking as needed.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform work outside your specific role.
