Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment in our Liberty Hill location.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock products, and help with safety and cleanliness daily, while adapting to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided to help you grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer and thank them for their business.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise, check for expired or low items.
• Support teammates and customers, working well independently or as part of a team.
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and stay productive between customers.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Complete required training and follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Demonstrate honesty, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
