Job summary

Endress+Hauser in Greenwood, IN seeks a Customer Master Team Manager to lead the Customer Master team and maintain data integrity across systems. This role drives continuous process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration to support operational excellence.

You will guide performance, implement change management, and partner with internal teams and suppliers to define standards for the customer master process.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with decision-making experience.
• 2–4 years of experience leading teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, data entry and reporting tools.
• On-site work with occasional travel (2–3 times/year).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and propose solutions to management.
• Collect and analyze company data to support decisions.
• Build relationships with partners and internal teams for collaboration.
• Drive change and define the new standard for Customer Master at Endress+Hauser USA.
• Lead and coach the team, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback.
