Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Amazon is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead customer insights for inbound freight and fulfillment programs. You will size opportunities, segment customers, and translate findings into data-anchored narratives for product, partnerships, and leadership reviews.
You will collaborate with BI to define adoption metrics, surface barriers, and quantify impact of each strategic play, influencing roadmap and planning across teams.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the Customer Insights Lead for our inbound freight and fulfillment programs (WePay and the Partnered Carrier Program). This role is the team\'s authority on who our shippers are, what they need, and why they adopt or churn — translating a fragmented picture of seller and vendor behavior into the insight that drives our product roadmap, commercial engagement model, and annual planning narratives (OP1/OP2, MBR/WBR, and leadership reviews).
You will own the \"voice of the shipper\" end to end: sizing opportunity, segmenting the book, surfacing the barriers that keep sellers off-program, and packaging those findings into crisp, data-anchored narratives that senior leaders use to make investment decisions. This is a high-visibility role for a builder who is equally comfortable in the data and on the page.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
You might start by pressure-testing a segmentation cut with the BI team, send a CSAT survey over coffee, spend the midday drafting the customer section of an OP1 narrative, and close the day walking a product leader through why a specific shipper cohort is churning and what it would take to win them back. You are the person the org turns to when someone asks \"but what does the customer actually want here?\" — and you answer with data, not opinion.
About The Team
Global Logistics goal is to build and grow Amazon\'s inbound freight programs that let sellers and vendors ship to our fulfillment network on Amazon-partnered rates and service.
