Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, on-site customer service role at our airport locations in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. You will greet customers, help manage lines, and direct guests to the right area, contributing to a positive travel experience.

No prior experience is required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping customers and staying active in a fast-paced environment. Shift work with on-site presence only.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist our customers at our airport locations. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see, helping set the tone for a positive travel experience. This includes managing customer lines, directing customers to the right location at the operation and answering any questions with professionalism, patience, and a service-focused mindset to improve the customer’s travel experience and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• A genuine enjoyment of working with customers and helping others
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shiftsMust be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot for continuous periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced, people focused environment is a bonus – but not required!
